Dragonflies and Amber
Reiki Energy Healer
Yoga Instructor
For years, my life was defined by the relentless pace of a public school Special Education Director. Operating in a "Type A" environment, my days were fueled by intensity and structural rigor, but they were also overshadowed by constant, daily physical pain. I lived in a state of perpetual "doing," rarely finding space for "being," until a single yoga class offered a flicker of relief that my professional success couldn't provide. This wasn't just a physical shift; it was the catalyst for a fundamental softening of my spirit, marking the beginning of my transition from a life of rigid intensity to one of gentle presence.
That initial spark grew into a deep, multi-faceted exploration of the healing arts. I committed myself to the 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training, focusing specifically on trauma-informed practices to support the nervous system’s capacity for restoration. My journey expanded into the subtle realms of energy as a Reiki Master and Energy Practitioner, where I learned to facilitate the flow of vitality that often becomes stagnant under the weight of stress. My energy sessions integrate a blend of vibrant resonance of crystals, communicating with my spirit guides, and interpreting oracle readings with clients to bridge the gap between ordinary reality and the fluid world of energetic healing.
Today, my practice is a synthesis of grounded experience and spiritual depth. I understand the unique pressure each of us has in our lives, jobs and parenthood and the toll it takes on the body and spirit. My practice allows me to meet others with profound empathy and practical wisdom. My mission is to guide others through their own transitions, helping them move from a state of constant survival to one of alignment with their soul’s purpose. I provide practice for those looking to soften their own journey and rediscover their innate capacity for healing through energy work, crystals and yoga.
