Is a seasoned wellness and fitness instructor. My mission is to help individuals reach
their highest potential through the union of body, mind and spirit by sharing the
practices of yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong, Meditation, and Mindful-Self Compassion.

 

I received my 200 hour yoga teacher training more than 19 years ago and further advanced the training through certifications in: Purusha Yoga/Yoga-Pilates blend, NETA, Vinyasa Yoga, Meridian Yoga, and Color Me Yoga for Kids.
 

My mindfulness and healing movement training has been vast including certifications in Qigong, Tai-Chi, Mindful Self Compassion. She has obtained advanced training in Reiki and other hands-on healing techniques.

 

I am passionate what I do and have also has taught cardio movement for all body types and I am excited to share my training in Pilates, Somatics, Tai-Kwan, KickBoxing, Zumba, and more…
